Delete your app account and data

This page explains how to delete your account and data in the apps developed by Sagara Media Group (each, an “App”). You can delete your data yourself in the App, or request it here if you no longer have access to the App.

Option 1: Delete your own account in the App

Any user can delete their own account:

• Open the App and sign in.
• Go to your Profile / Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted: your account and personal information, including name, email address, phone number, password, and access permissions. You are signed out on all devices.

What is kept: records you entered belong to your company (tenant) and remain available to it, no longer linked to your personal information. If you want those records deleted too, your tenant administrator can delete them or delete the whole tenant (Option 2).

Option 2: Delete an entire tenant (administrators only)

A tenant administrator can delete the whole company or organization workspace:

• Sign in with the tenant administrator account.
• Go to the tenant / company settings.
• Choose Delete tenant and confirm.

Option 3: Request deletion from the web

If you uninstalled the App or cannot sign in, send the form below or email admin@sagaramediagroup.com from the email address on your account. To protect your data, we will verify that the request comes from the account owner (or, for a tenant deletion, from its administrator) before deleting anything.

Timing

Deletions made in the App take effect immediately. Requests sent from this page are completed within 30 days, and we confirm by email. Copies in encrypted backups are permanently purged within 30 days. We may keep only the minimum information required by law (for example, billing records), and only for as long as the law requires.
