• Technical Farm Data: Parameters entered by the user, such as water quality (pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen), biomass, and feeding logs.
• Media and Camera Access: Images taken through the app or uploaded from your gallery, including photos of clients (for management purposes) and photos of water parameter readings.

2. Camera and Image Data Usage

Our application requires access to your device’s camera and photo gallery. This access is used strictly for:

• Client Records: Attaching photos to client profiles for internal management.
• Data Verification: Capturing images of physical test results or sensor readings.
• Storage: Images are stored on your device and, if cloud sync is active, on our secure servers. We do not sell or share these images with third parties.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the services of the app.

How to delete your data: Currently, the application does not have an automated “Delete Account” button within the interface. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data (including photos and farm logs) from our systems, you must send a formal request to our support email: aquacontrolbiofloc@gmail.com.

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and proceed to delete your information within a reasonable timeframe (not exceeding 30 days).

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (such as Firebase) to monitor app performance and store data. These services comply with standard security protocols and do not use your personal images or farm logs for their own purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
